Hi, This is the message that is popping up when I try to log into my Mom computer:
No Connection to partner!
Partner did not connect to router
Error code: Waitforconnectfailed
We've had Teamviewer for a couple of years with no problems until this week. Big problem is my Mom is in another city & 88 yrs old so she'd not capable of helping me troubleshoot. It's sad because she need me to help her navigate around. I may hire Geek Squad to go over but I thought I'd ask here, Has anyone got this error code recently & fixed it?

I have seen that problem before and mostly a reboot of the target machine sorts it out.
Also this week there have been some pretty big issues with Teamviewer and it may be something to do with that. The first thing I would do is check that the target PC's ID has not changed, in which case you will need to re-register it with your account.
