overwrite all - file transfer
« on: September 02, 2016, 06:23:14 PM »
I use Teamviewer to backup a directory from my mother's computer.  Some of the files ask to allow overwrite.  I select "overwrite all" and it continues to the end of the transfer.  For the last week, even after selecting "overwrite all" the prompt for permission comes up for many of the files.  Have rebooted both computers (both Windows 10) but the problem persists.  Haven't checked for any Windows updates that have been applied in the last week - will do that.  Windows 10 doesn't updates without notifications or permission.

Same problem - and with several machines.
Ask for overwrite in all files, even if i hit the overwrite all every-time.
Problem with XP, 7 and 10, 32 and 64 bits Os's.
If you want to pass a subdir with hundreds of files is no fun at all.

I contacted TV on Tuesday after having the same problem.
Finally got a response just now...

Thanks for contacting us. The "Overwrite All" button not working, is a known bug with the version of TeamViewer that you're using. We've just released a new version that fixes this bug - it's version 11.0.66695. You can get it by clicking Help > "Check for new version" within TeamViewer, or by downloading it from www.teamviewer.com/download.
