Not ready. Please check your connection. Ah!!!!!!
« on: March 28, 2016, 09:43:52 AM »
I cannot connect my macbook pro running 10.8.5 to TV at all!
It shows no connection to internet.
I tried 2 different wi-fi's, ethernet and hotspots.
I installed it no probs with my old macbook running 10.6.8.
I compared prefs and they are both identical!!!
I'm going crazy here, please someone help me out, I will love you forever.
Maybe not forever, but I really need this to work!
Thx!

I have same problem and even with restart did not solve. Did you find any solution for that?

I am also having this problem. I am on OS X 10.11.5. I know for certain it was working on 10.11.4, but I installed 10.11.5 on May 15th, and I am pretty sure I've used it since then.

In addition to the "Not ready. Please check your connection." message, I get the message "Update Error An error occurred in retrieving update information. Please try again later.", when I try and check for updates.

I am currently using Teamviewer 11.59131.

My internet connection is working perfectly, so that's not it.

I have the same problem. I am connected to the internet and all other programs are working fine. Just TeamViewer is displaying the 'Not Ready. Please Check Your Connection' message

FYI, Teamviewer was hacked and the whole service was down. I'd shut it down until we find out its safe or not.
