Often there is a reason to have a less than current version of TeamViewer:
Older systems sometime work better using older versions:
Sometimes features get changed and you want accessibility to the old features:
you can find most any version you need directly from TeamViewer
1 - Uninstall the V11
2 - Download the V10 ( or version of your choice) (official https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/dyngate.aspx) (you can change language at the top)
3 - Reinstall the new version
Also take this opportunity to go in Advanced Settings and disable completely the updates or reminders of it!

Allow me to add an information.
The added feature in the V11 that ends the session after 3 hours, is present in the V10 that is available to download on the TeamViewer website.
In older versions, like 10.0.45862.0, this feature isn't present. I don't know if newer versions have other features or bug fixes, so, use it at your own risk.
Here's a link of the 10.0.45862.0 version that I'd downloaded from the TeamViewer official website, before the V11 came out, without any modification.
