Title: No Remote Control tab, only File Transfer??

I am trying to connect to a Samsung GT-N5110 tablet, running Android 4.4.2 from a Window 10 64-bit laptop.  The version of TeamViewer Quick Support on the tablet is 12.0.6197 and the version of the TeamViewer add-on for Samsung is 11.0.4766.  The version of TeamViewer on Windows laptop is 12.0.71503.  I can connect but I have only the File Transfer tab, no Remote Control tab.  All the other tabs (Dashboard, Screenshot, Apps, Processes and Settings) are there and working fine.  File Transfer also works fine.  Any suggestions on how to make that Remote Control tab show up?

Edit:

Correction!  Under the Settings tab I have only WiFi with the available wifi networks available for the tablet listed.  No other setting is shown.
