Hi!
I can hear no sound in head sets. Windows 10 v1709. TeamViewer 14.0.6447 version in both ends. Audio box in local computer is grayed with lines.
I have attached screenshots which is seen in remote and local. Funny because screen is same, local sees it without icons. Sound in the left corner of top ribbon is checked.
