Concurrent sessions - how to tell who is using them?
« on: August 13, 2014, 11:38:22 PM »
I understand that there is a limit to concurrent TV sessions when using the licenced product and that they are enforced.
What I can't work out out is if a company user tries to connect to a remote machine and gets a 'connection could not be established' because of maximum concurrent sessions already in use, how can you find out which of your users are using the sessions?

Seems like there is no way to do this, other than to go to user management and try to guess based on who has been active most recently.

Any ideas?

Can you tell from Computers and contacts list?
I think the connected users also show in the My Computer's list

Not as far as I can tell.

I can see no way to see who is connected, hence when we hit the licence limit we run around trying to work out who in the company needs to disconnect if possible..

Connected users have an icon like a person silhouette, whereas computers are like the computer screen.
