Title: Android connect to Windows running VMware Workstation, black box around mouse
Post by: chiwalfrm on July 13, 2014, 09:20:29 PM
Running the latest versions of Teamviewer.

Issue: Graphical Glitch

Local: Android 4.4.4.  Teamviewer 9.0.1940 CL.
Remote: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.  Teamviewer 9.0.29947.  Windows is running VMware Workstation 10.0.3 build-1895310 (latest).

The problem is that when the mouse pointer is inside the VMware window, there is a large black box around it.  Screenshot:

This problem affects VMware Workstation only.  The black box is not there when the mouse pointer is outside the VMware window or when it is not the active window.

Seems to be a few issues running in machines running VMWare....

Must be that VMWare draws it's graphics similarly to TV I reckon.

I am running XP under virtualbox. For me, it helped to deactivate shadow under mouse pointer (Control panel / mouse)
