Teamviewer for Mac/iPad/iPhone / Connection Error - "Not connected to router"
« Last post by rachelb on July 24, 2017, 01:01:59 PM »
I downloaded and have successfully used TeamView on MacOS Sierra to connect to a Windows desktop. After successfully connecting three times over the course of a week, I am now getting a recurring error referencing a lack of router connection, though sometimes it doesn't even give me that message, it just loops back to the 'Connect to Partner" screen.

I have tried uninstalling and downloading the program anew.

Any suggestions?

Teamviewer for Android / Connect ok but can't control my Android tablet
« Last post by think2 on July 24, 2017, 03:36:10 AM »
I have an Android tablet made by bmxc from China.  It works well and when I run the TeamViewer quick support app I can connect to it ok but I can't control it.  I've tried from both a desktop PC and another Android tablet and in both cases when I click the mouse or tap on the screen a "hand" icon appears but nothing happens on the remote Android tablet.

I see there are many different TeamViewer add-ons for Android.  Is it possible that I need a specific add-on for my tablet?

Hi,

what pain-in-the-ass registration process is it with this forum? Could you at least correct the typos?

Teamviewer for Windows / TeamViewer how to print to a remote printer ?
« Last post by zillah on July 20, 2017, 05:35:01 PM »
Hi

https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Remote-printing-with-TeamViewer/ta-p/4605

The link above shows how to print document from a remote PC to a local printer via team viewer,,,this doesn't serve my need .

My question how can I print I local document to a remote printer without transferring the file to a remote computer?

Means I have a local laptop that access 3 remote desktop located on the same place.

One desktop is connected to a carpentry machine (special machine for cutting wood) , from the laptop we transfer a drawing file but that desktop in not connected to any printer, therefore can't print

On the same we need to printer that drawing file via another desktop without transferring it .

Is that doable using team viewer ?

OSs are windows 7 for all

Thanks

Still happening 3 years later...

2...3 times until I figured it out - teamviewer 12.0 causing BSOD with win32k.sys

Win 10 Running VM workstation 12 with Guest mac os 10.12 (everything is okay on this end)

Win 7 with TeamViewer into the win 10 machine with VMware (this machine BSOD)

Teamviewer for Windows / How to Change User ID
« Last post by billwilson@sent.com on July 17, 2017, 02:29:43 PM »
As you can see, I mistakenly used my email address as my User ID when I created my account on this forum.  Is there any way to change the User ID or do I just have to quit using that account and register a new one?

Thanks,
Bill

I am using Team Viewer (ver 12) to get remote access to two laptops that I have volunteered to keep up dated at my church.  I have just learned that if I connect to one of them from home a message box pops up on the remote screen after I disconnect!  I see a similar popup message on my home computer and that is OK but it is not OK for it to happen on one of the remote laptops because it runs a full-time display in the office lobby at the church.  What do I need to do to prevent the remote popup message box?

Thanks,
Bill
