Android giving authentication rejected

I am using Teamviewer 11.0.4376 on my Android 5.1 (LG G4) and it's giving me a message "Authentication Rejected" every time i try to connect to my PC (that has a Windows 8.1 installed on it) regardless if I am using Wifi or my 3G connection.. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks
