Teamviewer for Mac/iPad/iPhone / Re: How to remove the icon from the dock?

Agree with everyone! The persistent Teamviewer icon in the dock is unnecessary and duplicative, as the program is already represented in the menu bar(system tray).

Hey @TeamViewer, yall should *at least* add an option to hide the persistent dock icon, "app running dot" and all >:(
, though prefereably, just show the icon in the menu bar like other non greedy daemons ;)

Teamviewer for Windows / trusted devices?
« Last post by Danl on November 07, 2017, 10:47:16 PM »
So I'm trying to use Teamviewer on a new computer, and trying to sign in so I get "My Computers" listed like I have on all my other machines. I get a message "Please check your inbox for the mail we sent you and follow the provided link. We could not verify if your account has been used on this device before. To sign on this device you need to add it to your trusted devices." But, um, I never get an e-mail. Never. What's going on? How do I make a device trusted, if I can't get the e-mail they say they're going to send me?

Teamviewer for Android / Android TV Box - Teamviewer Host and Unattened access
« Last post by leotzian on November 07, 2017, 03:21:25 AM »
Hi to all this is my first post in this forum I want to ask something.
I have a Beelink GT1 Ultimate TV box I had installed Teamviewer Host app and I want to remote control it from my PC with unattended access.
I am running the app  in my windows PC and I assigned to my TV box my account.
I can remote control My TV box ( unatended access from my Windows PC ) with no problems.
I want to ask, I am using free licence, I had installed in my Tablet the TeamViewer app, I had logged with my account, I see the TV box online but I cannot remote control it from the tablet, I have connecting......  but nothing happens.
Is this because the Host in my TV box is assigned to my PC?
I can remote control it if I install in my TV box both Host and QuickSupport app.
Is there a way to using in both devices using only the host app?

Sometimes I need to get on Teamviewer to unlock an account for someone to allow access, but when I log off Teamviewer it locks the account again to home screen, can I turn that off?

search for the word "incoming"
All the occurences of the word in the log that I have found related to incoming connections. You will be able to see when incoming connections occurred and you will get a machine name in messages nearby.  But not an ip address or anything else valuable.

Teamviewer for Linux / TV automatic start on boot (Ubuntu 17.10
« Last post by david.benucci on October 28, 2017, 03:57:04 AM »
I installed TV 12 on my Ubuntu 17.10 box. In order to run it as a service I gave this command:
sudo teamviewer --daemon enable
But I cannot connect to my Ubuntu Box. In order to do this, I have to login (so If I can't be phisically in the nearby of the pc, I can't do this) and lauch teamviewer gui manually. How can I solve this issue? Thanks in advance. Attached, you can find my teamviewer --daemon status after the login:

Teamviewer for Windows / Automating Windows Login
« Last post by egtax on October 27, 2017, 04:43:23 PM »
We just purchased a Business account for TeamViewer and are migrating our servers from LogMeIn to TeamViewer, TV seems to have everything LMI has except the auto login to windows accounts, is there a way to automate the account login on windows?

Thank you

Teamviewer for Windows / How do I unmute my microphone in Teamviewer 12?
« Last post by RhinoCan on October 26, 2017, 01:53:22 AM »
I haven't used Teamviewer in several months so when I tried to use it yesterday, it offered me an update to version 12 (from 11) so I accepted it. But now, when I do a remote session where I try to help a friend with a problem, she can't hear me. I can hear her fine and the chat feature also works fine but life is going to be a lot easier if I can give her instructions by voice.

I suspect my microphone (on my headset) may be muted by default in Teamviewer but I can't find the setting in Teamviewer 12 that lets me unmute it. Can someone tell me where that setting is? It has apparently moved from where it was in Teamviewer 10 and 11. I've looked high and low but haven't found it after an extensive search.
