Title: Windows 10 Build 15002+ - TeamViewer KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION
Post by: Jacob Klein on January 09, 2017, 10:22:00 PM
On:
- Windows 10 Build 15002 (an Insider Fast-Ring build)
- TeamViewer v12.0.72365 (latest available)

I get a KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION Green Screen of Death (GSOD), when I:
- Right-click the TeamViewer System Tray, and choose Exit
- Click Help, and hover over the context menu commands

I realize this is an Insider pre-release build for Windows, but thought it'd be worthwhile to inform the community, and hope TeamViewer devs take a peek.

For reference, my Feedback Hub report can be viewed and upvoted here:

Thanks!

I  can confirm this also. Took a while to figure our what was causing the crash!

Same problem here.  Woke up this AM, saw that my computer had updated, tried to right-click exit TeamViewer, and GSOD.

Looks like 15007 release fixed the issue, no problem here now.

TeamViewer is also now working for me too, without problem, on Windows 10 Insider Build 15007. Awesomesauce!
