Title: Can't connect to Mac from PC - Invalid Password

I have two computers on a network, one PC and one Mac.  They both have Teamviewer and I can connect to the PC fine from my PC at home... But when I try to connect to the Mac from my PC at home I always get "invalid password".  I've quadruple-checked the partner ID, tried setting multiple permanent passwords as well as trying with the Teamviewer temporary passwords, but I always get that error. 

Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hello,
which version do you have on your Mac?
Do you use the full version or the host module?
