Title: trusted devices?

So I'm trying to use Teamviewer on a new computer, and trying to sign in so I get "My Computers" listed like I have on all my other machines. I get a message "Please check your inbox for the mail we sent you and follow the provided link. We could not verify if your account has been used on this device before. To sign on this device you need to add it to your trusted devices." But, um, I never get an e-mail. Never. What's going on? How do I make a device trusted, if I can't get the e-mail they say they're going to send me?

I've run into the same issue. I checked spam folder and all that jazz. Any solutions?
