Connect fails

I am new to Teamviewer. I want to control my MacPro (OSX10.8.2 ) from my iPad2 (iOS6.0.1 ).After several weeks I have not yet been able to connect. I get messages like “failed reason unknown”, Brugernavn od Adgangskode svarer ikke til en registreret konto.I enclose a picture  showing my settings and the green light indicating that I schould be able to connect, but it didn’t work.
