we noticed some limitations we would like to have solved:
1. Search function iPhone App
At the moment, there is no possibility to search for computers. This is bad for new colleagues as they do not know the structure.
2. Character limitations in iPhone App
The group name is limited to a specific number of characters. Seemingly, it depends on the word length, because it is not always the same limitation. The bad point is that the limitation also exists when the iPhone is flipped to the side where there is more place for text. In flip mode the group name should automatically be extended to a larger limitation.
3. Folder hierarchy
In TeamViewer Host's partner list it should be possible to create a folder hierarchy, e.g.
<Customer 1>
<Branch 1>
<Branch 2>
...
<Customer X>
<Branch X>
<Branch Y>
...
4. Move computers between shared groups
We use a master account which shares all its groups; every colleague has a personalized login and accesses the shared groups. When trying to move a computer from one shared group to another, we get the error message "You cannot move entries from a shared group to your own list". This seems to be a bug.
5. Set individual password in TeamViewer silent setup
Is there any possibility to individualize the password for access to TeamViewer/options in the silent setup (MSI), e.g. per Batch command? Due to security reasons, we need to set individual passwords per customer and do not want to create a custom setup for each customer.
6. Create duplicate entries in TeamViewer Host's partner list
We have co-workers who should only be able to access some of the entries in our partner list. They should not be able to see/access other entries in the list. As it is not possible to set individual rights on entries our idea was to create a shared group containing all systems the co-workers should have access to - but without moving these systems from the original groups.
