QuickSupport takes a long time to load

I've been using TeamViewer for the last month or two on various PCs from a Celeron 1.6GHz to a Core i7 8 Core. The normal TeamViewer always seems to load quite quickly; however, the QuickSupport module can really take a while to load, even on a fast PC. Has anybody else noticed that their QuickSupport takes a long time to load?

Not sure if i understand exactly what you mean by quick support, describe the process...

Hi,

The QuickSupport module is the customer module that doesn't require installation. Look at the download page for more information. I have noticed that this module, despite requiring installation, seems to take quite a while to open on client's computers. Is there any way to speed this up?
