Teamviewer not connecting

I have Teamviewer installed and everything was working flawlessly until the other day.

When I try to connect to my partner the  status will change in this order: Ready to connect (secure connection) --> Connecting... --> Ready to connect (Secure connection).

Eventually If I just keep clicking on my partners PC I get this message:


Sometimes often Ill get this error message:


So whats my problem? Ill post TV log on here if I manage to get a stable connection to my remote PC.

sometimes that just happens.

Try again, and then try again.

It just may be that the recipient machine has gone to sleep.
