Connection to Teamviewer

I am having problems connecting to the Teamviewer webpage.  Nothing I have tried will connect me to the website.  I have no problems connecting to other sites.  I uninstalled Teamviewer9 and wanted to re-install it but no link connects me.  Not CNET, not the links on this forum.  What could be the problem ( I hope it isn't operator error).

Your link does not connect me to the teamviewer webpage.  Not on my IPAD nor on my laptop. If I can't get to their website I can't submit a ticket!!!  It does not make sense.

You're right, doesn't make sense unless somewhere/somehow you've blocked this particular site.

Check your security programs/browsers for any blocked sites you may have (inadvertently) authorized in the past.

My internet security was diisabled and troubleshot by Norton on my laptop and it still would not connect.  I do not have Norton on my IPAD.  I will try a friend's laptop and see if I can connect on his. If I can why can't I connect on mine?

Something must be wrong with the teamviewer website.  My friend could not access the website.
