Title: log in issues

I just installed TV yesterday. I was able to access my computer from both my iPad and my Android phone. Today I have been unable to log in from either. I know I am using the correct password. I have tried changing the pw. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ap on both devices and the results are the same. It either tells me the PW is wrong or that authentication failed. Is there any resolution to this issue?  Thanks.

password resets each day, unless you set a permanent password
Did you do that?
