Title: Can't add computer on Ubuntu
Post by: meriadoc on March 30, 2016, 09:01:25 AM
Hi All,

Completely new to TeamViewer so I am sure I'm missing something obvious...

I signed up, downloaded the TeamViewer software onto Mac OSX with no issues.

Then on my mini PC with Ubuntu, I opened Firefox, signed into the TeamViewer website, clicked on Add, Add Computer, Add new device, Default TeamViewer, Download now.... nothing.

Nothing downloads. 'download now' button fades out. but nothing is downloaded. Tried same thing on the Mac, works fine.

What am I missing? how do I install the software on Ubuntu so that I can remotely access the Ubuntu machine from my Mac?

Thanks in advance!

Meriadoc.
