Control remote mouse using Android

I am trying to control my computer's mouse from my Android phone. I am connecting from a Samsung Note 5 (with a mouse attached with an OTG cable) to a Windows 10 PC (with a mouse attached to that system, too).

I want to fully control the Windows 10 computer INCLUDING ITS MOUSE. My alternative is to tap on the screen of my android, which I don't want to do, because that method is very slow. Workable, but slow.

I can find a spare keyboard and/or mouse. Now, I'd like to connect either of them to my phone, and then use TeamViewer to connect to (and control) a computer.

Any ideas, help or solutions?
