I am new with TeamViewer.
Trying to control my Android device (Motorola MC67) from my Windows PC.
I have installed and could connect my device but after connection, I don't see 'Remote Control' tab on the TeamViewer console on the PC (only File Transfer tab is there).
Please help me to resolve this issue, so that I could 'Remote Control' my device from PC.
Install detail:
1. At PC (running Windows 7): TeamViewer 11 is installed
2. At Android device (Motorola MC67 running Android Jelly bean): TeamViewer QuickSupport Version 11.0.4766 QS installed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Opened TeamViewer on the Windows PC --> Remote Control console is opened to enter Partner ID
2. Started TeamViewer QuickSupport on the Android device --> TeamViewer QuickSupport screen is opened with ID
3. Entered the device ID to the console on the PC under Partner ID field, selected 'Remote Control' radio button and clicked on the 'Connect to partner' button
4. Android device screen shows a message box 'Allow remote support ?' with buttons 'Deny' and 'Allow'
5. 'Allow' button clicked on the Android device --> The remote PC now connects the Android device and a window appears with 'File Transfer' tab and menus of Dashborad, Screenshot, Apps, Processes, Settings
6. There is no 'Remote Control' tab on the TeamViewer window of the PC (Please see the attachment)
