Bug but can't create Ticket as described in Forum

1) I can't create a ticket since the "private" button as stated in the regarding post doesn't exist! When trying to submit I get "enter license number"

2) My problem / Bug:

Since about Version 9 or 10 Teamviewer started to prevent other full screen applications to open fullscreen. For example you can test that with "World of Tanks" (free game).

If you set i t to FULLSCREEN it pops back to windowed as long as Teamviewer is in the taskbar. As soon as you close it and set "World of Tanks" to fullscreen then it opens fullscreen as expected.

This means I always have to close Teamviewer when trying to use Fullscreen in such cases.

I'm using Win7 with all latest updates.
