Help with strange Not Ready issue on Mac

Hi, I have a strange situation

My IMac will no longer connect it just start Teamviewer 10 and 12 with Not Ready check connection message at the bottom of the window and will not do anything, it will not even assign an ID anymore.

So I thought it was a network issue, so I ran up a VM in Parallels with Windows 10, and installed Teamviewer and found that it connects!!! And works perfectly.

So any ideas what I should check, uninstall, reset or other to get this working?
If the VM had not worked then it would have been clearer, but this is wiersd.
