Title: Transfer of Folders With Files Not Working

I have Teamviewer7 installed on two computers, both running Linux Mint 13 with the Mate desktop. I connected these two computers via Teamviewer and then selected File Transfer.  When I transfer files from one computer to the other, the process works quickly and accurately. But if I try to transfer an entire folder that contains files, the transfer does not work. The folder is transferred, but not the files that are inside. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
