Hi there.
I noticed that several mobile users in this forum have the same issue - no responses at all from Teamviewer.
"Only screen sharing available" one you try to login to the mobile device form your Desktop Computer.
You can view, file sharing and delete apps, but you cannot control the phone for support.

I have the same situation, I searched everywhere with no luck. I can remote control my LG G5 but with my Samsung Galaxy S3 it only shows share screen and there is no Remote control option.

I think that you have to install an addon for QuickSupport application. You can find those addons at Google Play:

I think that you must install the proper addon for your mobile, depending on the brand.
