Auto Hide Teamviewer after startup

hello everyone,
here is the deal, I have installed the TV on a debian with gnome.
it works ok.
I have managed also to make it start on the login session automaticaly.
the only problem I have is, to have the TV start, in systray, and not on the top of all application that have been started.
even if it starts, and 5 sec later in goes on systray, or it minimises I will be fine.
any one any idea ?
