I am kinda worried now. I deleted Teamviewer immediately after everything was done. I wonder if he can still access my PC? Help please, Thank you.

Teamviewer for Windows / Installation of v15 freezes before completion
« Last post by johnnieq on February 16, 2020, 10:40:06 AM »I use the free version as a hobby to help friends with their PC issues. On a PC with a fresh installation of Windows 10, installtion of TeamViewer 15 installation freezes at the same step every time.
"Please wait while TeamViewer is being installed.
Rename: C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\x64\TeamViewerVPN.sy_"
I can cleanup all traces of the failed install, try again, and fail again at the same step.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

Teamviewer for Windows / Control remote mouse using Android
« Last post by hendis on December 22, 2019, 08:06:09 PM »I am trying to control my computer's mouse from my Android phone. I am connecting from a Samsung Note 5 (with a mouse attached with an OTG cable) to a Windows 10 PC (with a mouse attached to that system, too).
I want to fully control the Windows 10 computer INCLUDING ITS MOUSE. My alternative is to tap on the screen of my android, which I don't want to do, because that method is very slow. Workable, but slow.
I can find a spare keyboard and/or mouse. Now, I'd like to connect either of them to my phone, and then use TeamViewer to connect to (and control) a computer.
Any ideas, help or solutions?

Teamviewer for Windows / "Phantom" Multiple monitors
« Last post by bramelson on November 04, 2019, 11:02:56 AM »I have a windows 10 pc configured with 2 monitors and the TeamViewer multiple monitors feature works great with it. But I recently got a new computer and I want to take the older one and use it without any monitors by using Teamviewer. And that works, but it only allows a single 'monitor' of 1600x1200. Is there a way to configure the PC to trick it into thinking there are 2 monitors (each 1920x1080) and use the multi-monitor feature of Teamviewer?

Unfortunately, they consider me "Commercial" when I am not. Hopfully, they will see the error of their ways and give me access again.

Teamviewer for Windows / WebDAV access through Teamviewer connection?

However what I sometimes additionally need is a kind of pure files/directory access-only onto the remote computer.
The problem is that my DesktopPC is in an inhouse LAN which in turn is behind a cable network (router).
Since this cable network works NOT with IPv4 but with a special DSlite protocol I cannot use the "common" techniques to access
the remote desktop pc with "net use" commands or something like that.
I prefer not to use a VPN.
So I am investigating at first a way to access the remote desktop pc through a teamviewer connection
Transferring many files through the TeamViewer GUI is on the long-term unhandy and cumbersome.
I don't need GUI for this task which slows down transfer speed of files.
So I would like to ask for a solution.
How can I browse through a remote dir tree and transfer files in bulk through a teamviewer connection WITHOUT (activated) GUI?
An almost perfect way would be if I could use an existing teamviewer connection and enter a WEBDAV command on top.
This way I could mount a remote directory locally on my notebook as new drive in Windows Explorer.
Is this possible?

« Last post by Danl on September 02, 2019, 07:27:38 AM »OK, it's bye-bye time for Teamviewer. It was nice while it lasted. Chrome Remote Desktop and AnyDesk (coupled with Dropbox for file transfer) are sweet. I'm not going to waste my time recommending TV to anyone.
