No Desktop!

Hi friends :)

I install TeamViewer (Administrator) on my MacBook with Mac OS X Lion. And install TeamViewer Quick Support (app) on my friend's MacBook Air with Mac OS X Lion. I connected to my friend's desktop and my trackpad/keyboard working on his desktop.. but I can not see his desktop (only a block page on remote app) on TeamViewer (Administrator)!

Can you help me about this problem? I need to this remote connection! :(
