HUAWEI P10 No control possible

Hello I have a problem and although I can connect my mobile phone without any problems with the HUAWEI P10 but unfortunately my Windows PC is only an image transmission and no control possible. Do you know what this can be? Since I normally use this type of control actively because of my handicap I would be glad to get support on your part.
