why is it that a contact can connect with me but I cant contact with them,have tried everything

Keeps saying "A connection could not be established,reason unknown" firewalls have been removed any ideas?

You mention firewalls (S?). Do you have a 3rd party firewall? Does it log denied packets?
Have you tried to ping the other computer?

Also, is this connection on your Lan or Wan? How are you trying to connect, through an IP address or Teamviewer ID?

Trying to connect with teamviewer id they can connect with me no prob

I haven't been using Teamviewer that long so I dont know all the ins and outs yet. I would try to connect to them on a different network or from a different location and see what happens. Maybe you have already tried that.
