Title: Impossible to click on the partner computer

Hello,
I have installed TV5 a few months ago.
since a few days, it is impossible for me to control my other computer.
I explain with my english, I am french.
the conection is ok, the pop-up opens with my other computer, but I can't click on any icon.
could someone help me?

hello, first try to upgrade TV on both computers, also, make sure "full access" is check marked in the options of both

Puisque vous avez été en utilisant le programme pendant plusieurs mois je vais à soupçonner que ce n'est pas la version qui vous donne de peine. Avez-vous changé quelque chose récemment? Un pare-feu ou d'un programme nouvellement installé anti virus pourrait être suspect.
En outre, si l'icône dans la fenêtre partenaire est gris et non bleu puis le programme ne peut être exécuté sur la machine distante. Il peut nécessiter un redémarrage.

Since you've been using the program for several months I'm going to suspect it's not the version that's giving you trouble. Have you changed anything recently? A newly installed firewall or anti virus program could be suspect.
Also, if the icon in the partner window is gray and not blue then the program may not be running on the remote machine. It may need a reboot.
