Title: How do I record a video/audio session: note, I have used the REC but no luck

Hi, I need to record a video and audio session while working on my desktop.  The session will be viewed by some other folk.  I have tried the "recorder" function, but the audio and video are pretty poor.  Any advice?  Or any other products out there that do the job better?  thanks

Looks complete but very expensive; and can it do conferencing?  If anything else, I will use teamviewer and just record the screen using my camcorder. 

But, I am guessing there is something out there.  Anybody else have any ideas?
