Running Portable TeamViewer (PortableApps.com) on my three Win7 x64 computers (two at home (H1&2) and one at work (W)). When attempting a connection from W to H1 I keep getting this dreaded "The screen cannot be captured at the moment..." error message, though no such thing happens when connecting from H2 to H1. What am I doing wrong? I tried disabling UAC on H1 completely, to no avail. Moreover, the H2 to H1 connection doesn't seem to be affected by UAC. Suggestions?

Alright, latest TV takes care of this error. Cheers!

Hi,
I am having the same issue. I setup myn home p.c. before I left. I will be gone some time. I did manage to connect one time last week, but now I find that I am getting this error.
What can I do... If anything, to fix this issue remotely?
Thanks,
Swaff

make sure you are running the latest version of TV. You can log into the home PC open the TV window and clikc help/check for latest version, then upgrade.,

I know this is an old topic but I haven't seen many solutions posted around the Internet for this so I thought I would explain my work around.
More often than not, if you use the menu at the top of the TeamViewer window and go to actions -> remote reboot -> log off. Of course you will lose any work on files that you have opened but not saved, but should close out whatever connection is preventing your screen from being shared.
