Title: How to troubleshot TV session that is randomly disconnected

Hello,

I have TV in a production environement ; remote user is complaining about the fact the the session is disconnected randomly. I wonder if someone know a tool to troubleshoot this issue. I guess it must be a network issue but as it could come from equipement from one side or another ...
