Title: When recording a movie the movement of the mouse from the client is not saved?

I use TeamViewer for debugging and assistance of users if they face problems.

Sometimes it would be handy if i could see what the users are doing in a recorded movie, but uptil now i have not been able to get the mouse showing in a recording.
I already tried the following:

1. Enable mouse input during session >> then start recording
2. Set enable mouse input as default in the settings

Both options did not have any effect.

Hope anyone knows a solution...
