Title: wait for the partner to confirm your request

Dear Experts

I am new to TeamViewer , I have installed version V6 on my office's desktop (XP SP3) at office and on my office's laptop (windows 7 home edition) as well.

From home I installed it on my desktop PC (windows 7 ulitmate)

I was able to access my office's laptop but when I tried to access my office's desktop (XP SP3) I was always receiving the following error :

I tried access from weblogin but still the same problem

check the security setting on the office desktop, make sure it is set to start with windows and allow windows logon. 
If that doesn't help, just try to reinstall and during setup choose setup remote access and pick a password.
