Title: QuickSupport takes a long time to load

I've been using TeamViewer for the last month or two on various PCs from a Celeron 1.6GHz to a Core i7 8 Core. The normal TeamViewer always seems to load quite quickly; however, the QuickSupport module can really take a while to load, even on a fast PC. Has anybody else noticed that their QuickSupport takes a long time to load?

Not sure if i understand exactly what you mean by quick support, describe the process...

Hi,

The QuickSupport module is the customer module that doesn't require installation. Look at the download page (http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/index.aspx) for more information. I have noticed that this module, despite requiring installation, seems to take quite a while to open on client's computers. Is there any way to speed this up?
