hi,
i am new to teamviewer, but have been using window's own "remote connection" tool for some time. however, there is this computer based in my lab that is behind some firewall, so i cant use "remote connection" to connect to it from my own computer, so i decided to try out teamviewer. it all works well, except for the fact that in order for me to establish a remote connection, the remote computer has to be logged in to windows first. when the remote computer is logged off (but still switched on), it appears as offline on my partners list, and i cant connect to it. with "remote connection", i can access the remote computer whether or not it's logged in (provided it's not firewalled). is there such a feature in teamviewer?

Did you install TeamViewer to run as a service on your lab computer?
