Hello
I have problem with TeamViewer6
When I connect by 3G modem TV has status "Ready to connect (secure connection)". Then I disconnect modem and connect by Ethernet card and TV has status "Not ready. Please check your connection". When I again connect by 3G modem i have status "Ready to connect (secure connection)".
Only in Ethernet connection I can't connect. When I restart TV Ethernet connection works fine status "Ready to connect (secure connection)".
Always when I connect 3G then Ethernet I can't connect TV.
In Poland TV support says: That is MS Windows problem

Hi MazurM,
There are 2 options to unblock TeamViewer:
1. General unlocking of Port 5938 TCP for outgoing connections. (recommended)
Port 5938 is only used by a few programs and therefore is no security risk. This traffic should then neither be filtered nor cached.
2. Unlocking of URLs oft he following formats (to any Server)
GET /din.aspx?s=…&client=DynGate…
GET /dout.aspx?s=…&client=DynGate…
POST /dout.aspx?s=…&client=DynGate…
Independent from the chosen method:
Please also check that no content filter or similar is blocking one oft he following URLs:
*.teamviewer.com
*.dyngate.com

Hi,
can you please send us your TeamViewer logfiles as a ZIP file to support@teamviewer.com?
You will find them most quickly by using the TeamViewer menu option 'Extras | Open logfiles'. The name of the files is 'TeamViewer6_Logfile.log'; if available, please also send us the 'TeamViewer6_Logfile_OLD.log'. For quicker detection of the problem, please also let us know when exactly the problem occurred, if possible.
If there are any, please also send us your crash files, which have the ending *.mdmp.
Thanks in advanced.
Regards
Inga, TeamViewer
