Hi all,
For the first time ever since I started using TV, I can't connect to my pc remotely, either via the dtop app or the TV web site.
I'm Using Teamviewer 6.0.10722
Using my dt app, it states 'ready to connect (secure connection)' + green light, as per normal.
Upon attempting to sign in, after 5-10 seconds = message - 'Sign in request failed! The server did not respond. Please try again.'
I've tried repeatedly with same results. I also closed TV down and stopped the service and restarted both again, still same result
Then via TV web site = message - 'The server did not respond in the given time frame. Please try again later.'
Is this an internal server problem whereby I just need to sit tight until your techs fix it?
The strange thing is that I was able to connect the first time I used it this morning (aprox two hours ago) but it lost connection very quickly, with no success since then.
Anyone else getting the same problem?

Update -
All appears to be ok now. :)
I assume it was a temporary server glich that the Teamviewer techs sorted out.

Hi,
I would like to tag along on this thread to see if there was an answer as why the service was unavailable. I lost it too right in the middle of trying to help a customer. I had to switch to a free VNC style of service which is not as good as TV.

we use 6.0.1.0722 as well and haven't experienced any issues at all.
I see the TV is prompting that a new version is available, we haven't updated yet.

It must have been a server issue...all's working OK now.
Teamviewer admins: It would be VERY handy to have a server status page; there's free software that monitors this and can be used to update a status page. Thanks for considering it!

strange i just checked my connection and it was down, i couldnt type in a password to get to my partner list, TV wasnt showing my ID. I shut down (exit teamviewer) from the tray icon and restarted TV from the desktop Icon and it works fine
