is it possible to move cursor over partners Kaspersky 2011 with TeamViewer ?

Not by default, by doing so you will lose ability to control mouse etc (although session will stay connected).

Your remote partner must first add the Teamviewer service and executables to Kaspersky's Trusted list, then you will have full control over Kaspersky also.

Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Trusted Applications (button) > Trusted Applications (tab) and add -

e.g.

C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\Version6\TeamViewer.exe
C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\Version6\TeamViewer_Service.exe
C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\Version6\TeamViewer_Desktop.exe
