Hello,
I'm trying to connect two computers using the latest version of Teamviewer. I am able to make an initial VPN connection. The VPN dialog window opens and says the VPN is running. It gives me IP's for Local & Partner computers.
However, I can't PING the other computer and the shared folders do not show up in Windows Explorer. I have tried turning off the windows firewall of both computers without any luck.
Are there ports that need to be opened up in the router? What else could I be doing wrong?
Both computers are Windows 7x64pro. Latest Teamview 6 version. 1st computer has a linksys e2000 router (stock firmware) and the 2nd computer has a linksys WRT54GL (DDWRT firmware).
Could this be a router issue? Do I need to do anything special to set up the routers?

Doesn't anyone assist others on this forum? Virtually every post I have read during my VPN searches, is either unanswered or extremely limited in content. I will start assisting others as soon as I master TV.
Repectfully,
JMK
