Title: REMOTE shows constant ON

strange issue: using TV to access family computers, no problem since v7,
but have now updated to v7, and one of the machines keeps showing as
being constantly ON - even though we made SURE it is OFF, unplugged
to make double sure.

naturally, i cannot access it - but even that is strange: TV tries to access,
for about 20-30 seconds, then just reverts to initial state. no error popup,
no nothing.

any idea, any suggestion?

i would uninstall and reinstall with a new password on the remote machine as a start.
I would also remove and re-add the TV ID for the remote machine to your partner list( if you use a partner list)
