I need details for command line operation on TeamViewer 7...???

I did read that but i'm not clear on what "-m fileTransfer" means, "-m" is the switch, is "fileTransfer" a literal command word...???

Because the VPN also has a -m switch, my guess is that the -m calls only a module, and that you would need both that and the name of the module, ie 'fileTransfer'
I find that that unless the remote machine has someone logged on at the console, then the file transfer won't start, so I always use the GUI anyway. Not tried the command line file transfer, but I can certainly see a use for it.
Just today I have been playing with some automated scripts that generate emails, that send me specific files, or the text from a log file, or just some system information. This doesn't use Teamviewer at all.
