Title: 'Shift' key stuck in TV
Post by: angahran on April 01, 2012, 05:04:56 PM
Does anyone else get the problem where the shift key appears to be pressed on the remote pc ?
Connecting through the website and randomly the remote pc is acting as if the shift key is pressed when it is not.

Have double checked both the local keyboard and the remote keyboard for stuck keys.

Anyone else having this issue, or have suggestions for a fix ?

Thanks.

I have this on one computer only that I connect to
I always suspected that the caps lock was on the remote machine

Is the remote computer using a USB keyboard by chance?

I attempted to get into a PC last night. the remote PC was locked.
I entered PW - got the warning that caps lock was on.
OK try again, this time I hold down shift on local PC. Still fails.

In the end I could not find a way to log on. Is there a way to send the CAPS LOCK to the remote PC so as to toggle it?
