Title: Having problems to connect to a remote (locked) computer but works in file mode

Hello to all,

I have very strange problem. On a remote computer I have Teamviewer portable ver7 and on my home computer I have the latest version 7 of teamviewer.
When I try to connect nothing happens just teamviewer stays minimized. If I try again I get message that there is already an active connection and offers me to start a new one.

If I choose file transfer mode I'm able to conenct succesfully and see upload/download window.
But if I try to connect with full acess and remote control option I get no error message but there is no window with remote PC desktop.
I suspect that problem is because remote PC is locked (it has settings to lock after 30 min of no use).

What could be the problem and how to solve it?

likely you will need to change the lock settings on the PC i suspect.
