Title: No Transmit my Audio

Hello,

I'm connecting into a Window 7 Machine from a Windows XP machine and when I click the Voice over IP Icon on the Remote Win7 machine, I do not get the "Transmit my Audio" link.  Any Ideas on how to fix this?

Same problem here.  This seems to be a big mystery because I have seen the same question on other websites with no replies.  The only options are mute/volume for the microphone and speaker, but the audio still doesn't work when those are not muted.  I submitted a free support ticket but as suggested they don't reply.
