Title: How to remove the slider on right hand side? (and Send Keys auto-start)

During connection, there's a little blue slider docked on the right hand side. Is there any way to make this not appear during connection or make it not always-on-top? It appears over video streaming and I don't want burn-in on my plasma from it. The only thing I've been able to do is drag it to monitor 2.

Also, is there any way to make your the Send Combination Keys turned ON by default when connecting, instead of having to manually connect?

in advanced options you can 'Automatically minimise local Teamviewer panel'
